Our method is grounded in ancient spiritual principles that lay out a serious, dedicated practice and way of living that makes sense. Iyengar yoga is suitable for all people at any level. IYENGAR YOGA FOR RECOVERY
Iyengar yoga integrates well with those exploring the spiritual path of recovery from addiction. I also teach yoga for recovery, understanding from my own experience in recovery that the spiritual practice of yoga helps purify the body and release the mind, opening the heart to a new sense of freedom and responsibility.
